Scott Rumley brings nearly three decades of experience helping business owners solve problems, streamline operations, and protect what they’ve built. As the founder of several successful service-based businesses, Scott understands firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face and how the right partner can make all the difference.
Scott’s background in financial consulting and business advisory has positioned him as a trusted voice for companies navigating everything from growth and staffing to compliance and risk management. Before launching E3 Risk Management, Scott founded a high-performing bookkeeping company built around clarity, consistency, and trust. He saw how often small businesses lacked reliable insight into their finances and how that gap left them vulnerable. His team-based, detail-oriented approach transformed the way his clients approached their operations, providing them with the tools to make informed, confident decisions.

Scott is deeply involved in the Tulsa business community, having served on local boards, participated in civic leadership programs, and mentored countless entrepreneurs over the years. Scott currently serves on the board of the Tulsa Chapter of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and is actively involved with the Tulsa Regional Chamber, in addition to being a member of Southside Rotary and a graduate of Leadership Tulsa (Class 28).
